Important information about our products

Our bedsheets (Bedding) is made in India šŸ‡®šŸ‡³ and we’re providing best Quality sheets to our customers Ā since 2021. We started our business in Australia and with all the love and support we expended internationally and now we ship in USA, UK, CANADA and Italy as well.

It’s very rare but sometimes it happens during production that sheets can have colour misdraw, misprinting, Knots(tightly tangled knot fibers)Ā etc. We do check every singleĀ item before we pack and dispatch to ensure the quality. No exchange and refunds will be issued for these minor things as it doesn’t effects the Quality and use of bedsheets, quilts or blankets.

Fitted sheets-We put special efforts to make customised Fitted Bedsheets that covers big high mattress in (countries such as Australia, canada, UK, USA and New Zealand). We buy Super king flat sheets and get them fitted, however, king size mattress sizing can vary by size because it’s made by different manufacturers. So we can’t guarantee fitted sheets will fit 100% accurate.Ā 

Clothing- We try our best to help customers with sizes, however , with online shopping we can’t assure that size would be 100% accurate to your size.Ā 

1) Where are all these products manufactured?

Answer - Our products are made in India.

2) Do my order will get shipped from Australia or from warehouse in India?Ā 
Answer - Most of the orders specifically from Australia and New Zealand get dispatched from Australia, however, depending on the stock availability and many other factors some orders get dispatched from warehouse in New Delhi India. International order from USA, Canada, Italy, and UK get shipped only from warehouse in INDIA.Ā 

3) Is there any minimum order requirement and how do I know the weight of the product?

Answer - There are no minimum order requirements for orders.Ā 

4) WHAT HAPPENS IF I PUT WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS MISTAKENLY WHILE PLACING AN ORDER?Ā 

Please Contact us immediately on theartofbedding@gmail.com or on WhatsApp +61 401 312 742 with correct address. We can only change the address if the parcel is still with us but we cannot do anything onceĀ  your order is dispatched. However, we will try our best and inform service provider but no responsibility will be taken as result.

5) HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Answer - 1-2 Weeks approximately via Auspost, however, if there’s any delay by Auspost parcel can take longer.
