Refund policy

We have a 30 day return/exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange, and we will be happy to assist you. For reasons of health and safety we will only be able to offer a refund on unused items.

To start a return- 

1) Send us email on  theartofbedding@gmail.com  or send WhatsApp message on +61 401 312 742 to request return/exchange and we will provide a return authorization and mailing information/shipping address to send product back.

2) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 24 hours. 

3) We're sorry, but shipping fees is non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. If you want to exchange Bedsheet or dress style/size you will be responsible to cover the shipping cost to send product back and also for the shipping for exchanged bedsheet/dress. 

4) Bedding 🛌 -

  • We put special efforts to make customised Fitted Bedsheets that covers big high mattress. We buy Super king flat sheets and get them fitted, however, king size mattress sizing can vary by size because it’s made by different manufacturers. So we can’t guarantee fitted sheets will fit 100% accurate. Customer can return back the fitted sheet if it doesn’t fit correctly and will be responsible for paying shipping cost when returning item. 
    - Our bedsheets (Bedding) is made in India 🇮🇳 and we’re providing best Quality sheets to our customers  since 2021. It’s very rare but sometimes it happens during production that sheets can have colour misdraw, misprinting, Knots(tightly tangled knot fibers) and comforters/Quilts can have minor missing stitching, particularly in areas where quilting is done in free motion or with certain machine settings. No exchange and refunds will be issued for these minor things as it doesn’t effects the Quality and use of bedsheets. 
  • Please Note - Any order that received with incorrect or incomplete address details provided, no responsibility will be taken as a result.
  • Damages and issues
  1. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Refund or exchange will only be processed if customer contact us on the same day when the parcel is delivered.
  2. Please wash the cotton sheets separately in cold water because Cotton bedsheets even the best quality sheets often bleed during the first wash; it's difficult for cotton and linen in particular to hold on to excess dye. This is a natural property of the fabric and should be expected as part of the normal laundering process. This natural occurrence is typical of pure cotton fabrics and does not affect the quality or durability of the material. We do not accept the return for this reason for cotton bedsheets. 

     

  3. Zip on pillow/Quilt covers pose a threat to your washer, dryer, zip can actually get caught on the drum in the washer and the best practice is to make sure the zippers are fully zipped before throwing them in to wash or dry and we recommend to hand wash them if possible. We are not responsible for any broken Zip if the item is being used by customer. 


Change of mind return is not available

We do not accept the return of items under the change of mind returns policy in any circumstances.

Colour -Return Policy 

We photograph most of our products in house and some by professionals photographers, and work very hard to make sure that images are colour correct. Unfortunately colours and intensity of colours can vary greatly from screen to screen and we cannot be held responsible for these variances. If the exact shade of a colour is important, please send us email on ➡️ theartofbedding@gmail.com and we will do our best to work through this with you, otherwise, if you are not happy with colour, this would be consistent with the Change of Mind Policy. 

We recommend customers to send parcel via a trackable courier service such as Australia Post, FedeX, DHL or purchase shipping insurance for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. The Art of Bedding is not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
